Bounty Portrait offered a very popular newborn photoshoot in maternity wards. With the COVID pandemic, it was obvious that this service was compromised and more than 250 photographer's jobs were at risk. A solution was needed and quickly.
On 20th of March 2020, three days before the first lockdown, I conceptualised and presented an alternative to the photoshoot in hospital: a virtual photoshoot via FaceTime.

In the middle of lockdown, a landing page integrating Calendy for the booking and Shopify for the payment gateway was launched. The photoshoot, directed by Don Brindas @donmashelen, was done remotely using FaceTime.
In parallel with my team I managed an influencers marketing campaign on Instagram. The material generated with the influencers was posted on their accounts to generate awareness and used to support Bounty's marketing efforts.
